Magnificent luxury house Xiscama ideal for a peaceful holiday in Alcudia. Located in the area of Bonaire gives us the perfect mix of sea, mountains and tranquility just a few minutes walk from the town of Alcudia. The house has stunning exteriors and unbeatable views. Xiscama has a high quality furnished terrace with wooden floors, a chill-out area perfect for relaxing and a 6x5m saltwater pool with panoramic sea views. On the same floor the house has a barbecue ideal for perfect culinary moments. On the upper terrace there is a jacuzzi and a sun lounger area where you can have fun and relax with a quiet bath or enjoy the sun in summer. Inside the house there is a large, bright living room with a table for 8 people and a large sofa where you can relax. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your holidays without worries. Xiscama has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of them en suite. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and the others have two single beds each. There is also a living room equipped with a table, a sofa and a spectacular billiards table to have fun playing with friends or family. In the house we also find a ping pong table to continue enjoying the activities of the house.
