The house, of 460 m2, is on a 15,000 m2 property. The exteriors of the house are the most notable. The chlorine pool measures 12 x 4.5 meters and has a depth of between 0.6m and 2m. Around it, there are ten hammocks so you can relax in the Mediterranean sun. The terrace, fully furnished, with a fixed barbecue, sofas and a porch with table and chairs so you can organize meals outdoors. The plot is fenced and there are no direct neighbors.

On the ground floor there is a living room with three sofas, three armchairs, heating and satellite television. The dining room, which communicates with the living room, has a table with chairs for twelve people. The kitchen also has a table and chairs for 8 people and has all the utensils and appliances you may need during your vacation, including a gas stove. The house also has a separate laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Regarding the bedrooms, you can choose between six rooms. On the ground floor there are four bedrooms: two with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with bath or shower, one with a double bed and a huge bedroom, with access to the terrace, which has a double bed (135cm x 190cm), a bunk bed and a single bed. Additionally, this bedroom has its own bathroom with a bathtub. On the ground floor you find a separate bathroom with a shower, as well as a separate toilet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with two single beds. The bathroom on this floor is independent and has a bathtub. Five of the six bedrooms have a wardrobe and those on the first floor have beautiful views of the garden, the mountains and the golf course.

The villa is located in the Sierra de Levante area, near the Golf course, surrounded by nature, peace and tranquility. The Son Servera area is perfect for spending a pleasant holiday, as you can easily reach many charming places: Levante Natural Park, Costa de los Pinos, the beaches of Canyamel and other tourist areas that have all the services such as Cala Millor. In Artà you will be able to get to know the deepest Mallorca with its most deeply rooted traditions. The San Salvador festivities are celebrated there, one of the most popular on the island. Tuesdays are market day and the town becomes a bustling place full of life. In addition, there are supermarkets, shops and restaurants. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser.
