The exteriors are wonderful, including a large 12 x 5 m chlorine pool with a depth of 1-2 m and with 4 sun loungers, the favorite place for our guests to sunbathe. A wonderful fully furnished porch and terrace invite you to celebrate unforgettable family evenings. Maybe you would like to enjoy an exquisite barbecue after a long day at the pool? The property is fenced and there are some neighbors nearby.
The house of about 135 m2 distributed on a single floor has 3 bedrooms with a wardrobe, one of them with a double bed and the other two with two single beds and air conditioning. For our smallest guests we can prepare a cot and a high chair. There are two bathrooms with shower. The living-dining room, with a special character thanks to its stone wall, is very cozy and has a sofa, Sat-TV and air conditioning. A second independent dining room with a large table for 8 people also has a sofa and A/C. The independent gas kitchen has all the necessary utensils to cook your best dishes. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Located on the outskirts of Inca, this villa is ideal for those looking for tranquility without going too far from the town, although we recommend that you come with a car. Inca is a small town in the center of the island with a lot of charm and a wide variety of shops, from grocery stores to clothing stores and other products. In addition, this city is known for its famous cellers, restaurants where you can taste the specialties of Mallorcan cuisine, and its traditional “Thursday” market. This has been celebrated uninterruptedly for more than seven centuries. The hermitage of Santa Magdalena, located at the top of a small mountain declared of cultural interest, and its excellent viewpoint over the island, is a place worth visiting. On the contrary, for those who wish to enjoy the beach, in just 20-25 minutes driving, you will reach the north coast and the fine sand beaches of Puerto de Alcudia or Can Picafort. In the area, if you walk a little, you will find small sandy or rocky coves.

Een heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit prachtige verblijf. Aardige eigenaren die hun best doen om het zwembad tiptop te houden. De accommodatie en zwembad waren top. Enige min puntje dat op 1 slaapkamer geen airco was waardoor het met 38 graden echt niet tedoen was om van die kamer gebruik te maken. Dus hebben moeten slepen met matrassen. En misschien aandachtspuntje. Het huis is voor 5 tot 6 personen maar de ligbedden en stoeltjes op terras zijn voor 4 personen. Wij waren met 5 personen dus een ligbed aan het zwembad tekort. Verder echt top. Op 5 minuten 3 supermarkten die 7 dagen per week zijn geopend tot 22.00. Alles is in het huis aanwezig.
