Every day you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner on the main terrace, feeling the sea breeze and contemplating its waters and golden sand. However, they have a second terrace on the opposite side of the house, where they can also spend very pleasant moments.

Inside, they find a spacious and relaxing room that combines the living area - with TV -, the dining room and the kitchen. It offers an induction hob, everything you need to cook at home and an air conditioning unit to cool the entire room. Going up the stairs you have the bathroom of the house, with a shower, and two bedrooms with a closet and fan. One of them offers a double bed, space to accommodate a cot and a high chair, and access to a balcony with sea views. The second offers a trundle bed. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

This semi-detached house offers direct access to Platja La Devesa in just a few steps. Imagine being able to go out to sunbathe or swim whenever you want without even having to grab anything, because you can come home to snack or drink something every time you cool off.
