Beschrijving
The exteriors are very beautiful thanks to its large terrace and garden areas. It has a garden area with 4 sun loungers, 1 fixed barbecue for cooking lovers, along with a table with chairs, a ping pong table, and it also has 1 fully furnished porch to spend great evenings. There is also a little house in the garden where the little ones can play.
The 150 m2 house distributed over 2 floors has 5 bedrooms, 1 on the ground floor with a double bed, and 4 on the 1st floor (2 with a double bed, 1 with 2 single beds, and 1 with 1 single bed). There is capacity for 1 crib. The house has 2 bathrooms with a bathtub that serve the entire house, 1 on the ground floor, and 1 on the 1st floor. There is only air conditioning in two bedrooms with a double bed and in a bedroom with two single beds on the first floor. The remaining two bedrooms do not have air conditioning.
The living-dining room is very cozy, it has 2 sofas, 1 Sat-TV, air conditioning, 1 table equipped with chairs, and 1 decorative fireplace. The kitchen, independent and gas, has AC and all the necessary utensils to cook without any problem, there is also 1 table with chairs. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The location of the apartment is perfect since everything you need is accessible on foot; plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, a medical center and a bus stop. The bus runs every 15 minutes in the direction of Alcúdia, Puerto de Pollença or other directions such as Palma. In Puerto de Alcúdia there are all kinds of restaurants, for all tastes; fresh fish, good meat, pizza and pasta, sushi, tapas, tasting menus and typical Mallorcan cuisine. The old town of Alcúdia, with its cobbled streets is worth a visit; its squares, the church and the walls that surround the city. Tuesdays and Sundays are market days in Alcúdia and the town transforms into a bustling place full of life. Don't forget to visit the Roman ruins, highly recommended.
By car or bus you can very easily reach other areas such as Playa de Muro, Ca’n Picafort, Playa de Formentor or Puerto de Pollença. Cala de San Vicente is also worth it. The town of Pollença and its small church at the top of the hill (Calvari) can be a good option for a half-day excursion. To go up to Calvari you have to climb a staircase with 365 steps, and once at the top there are magnificent views. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 1 car.
