Surrounded by an extensive and well-kept garden, the exterior of this house is ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. In it, you will find a chlorine pool measuring 4 m x 8 m and a depth ranging from 1.5 m to 2.5 m, sun loungers where you can tan, a table tennis, a jacuzzi and even a sauna! Thus, this is the ideal place to mix leisure and relaxation. In addition, there is a barbecue and two porches that will be perfect to enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions. The property is closed and privacy is total.

The interior of the two-story house is designed for your rest and comfort. On the ground floor there is a spacious living-dining room, which has AC, Smart TV with satellite channels, CD player and books. This is open to the kitchen, equipped with a gas stove and all the utensils to cook your favorite dishes. In the house there is a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. On this same floor there are 3 of the 4 bedrooms, all of them with AC. Two of them have a double bed, direct access to the garden and an en-suite bathroom, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The third bedroom has two beds that can be moved as desired, allowing you to have them together or separate as appropriate. A separate bathroom with shower serves this floor. On the upper floor is the last bedroom, which has a double bed, AC, access to the upper terrace, dressing room and en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. The house also has central heating. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.

The surroundings of the house will make you forget all the stress and is ideal if you are looking to be away from tourism and enjoy a rural vacation. However, in less than 20 minutes driving, you will reach the coast and Cala Pi, a sandy cove with a special charm. In general, the south has many wonderful beaches, such as Es Trenc, Sa Rapita and Ses Covetes. The towns Llucmajor and Campos offer everything you need during your stay. Near Llucmajor are the Talayots of Capocorb, which are remains of an ancient Mallorcan town. On the coast, there is the Cap Blanc Lighthouse, which was inaugurated in 1863. For possible additional expenses, consult the advertiser. Pets are welcome. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 2 cars.
