This magnificent urbanization house offers dream exteriors. Immersed in a lush, green garden, a large private chlorine pool - measuring 10 x 4 m and 1.3 to 1.45 m deep - will give you very pleasant moments. Next to it you can sunbathe on 8 sun loungers, have a drink outdoors and prepare delicious barbecues and enjoy them under the porch.
The house distributes its rooms over 2 floors, although there are different levels between them. So, when you enter the main floor you find a beautiful living-dining room, with TV-SAT, separated by a half wall from the kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob. Behind this they have access to a bathroom with a shower, and from the dining area they access another living room. Going back, between this room and the dining room, there are some steps that go down and others that go up to the different levels between the 2 floors. Each of them offers two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub, the one on the upper level en-suite. The 4 bedrooms have two single beds and a wardrobe. Several steps further up they find a third room where they can read, perhaps. This gives access to a covered terrace, whose open hallway leads to a simple gym space. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Underfloor heating, 3 fans, 1 crib and 1 high chair complete the home.
The property is located in the heart of the town of Cala Bona, ideal for having all services within reach, on foot, such as bars, restaurants, supermarket, bus and much more. In addition, they can walk to their familiar beach, since it is only 350 meters away. And, if you like golf, the Son Servera course is only 4.5 km away.
