Two almost identical semi-detached houses are at your disposal fully equipped for an unforgettable holiday separately or together. The houses Villa Rosita 12 and Villa Rosita 12A offer the possibility to spend an unforgettable holiday for the whole family or friends. In Villa Rosita 12A you can enjoy the spectacular terraces and relax on the sun loungers or in the chill out area where the sunshine abounds. For barbecue lovers there is a barbecue area where you can enjoy unique culinary moments. Inside the house there is a cosy living-dining room with air conditioning, Smart TV and fibre optic WIFI, as well as a comfortable sofa where you can relax and a very spacious kitchen.
