Three of these bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while the fourth offers four single beds, accommodating a total of up to 10 guests. With four bathrooms, including three equipped with bathtubs, every aspect of your comfort is meticulously catered for. Step into the fully-equipped kitchen, where culinary delights await your creation. Furnished with top-of-the-line appliances and ample cookware, this space invites you to indulge in the joy of cooking amidst a stylish ambiance. Book now and embark on a journey of luxury and serenity in Boliqueime. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) • Changeover day is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season) • Breakage Deposit Groups: €200 per person (payable by credit card only) • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 10 people. The 11th and 12th persons pay an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed (only €126 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week). The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
