Dit charmante vakantiehuis is gelegen in Castellammare del Golfo, Sicilië. Er zijn 5 slaapkamers met plaats voor 9 gasten. Het is perfect voor een vakantie met uw gezin of een groep vrienden. De villa beschikt over een privézwembad waar u heerlijk kunt ontspannen op een warme zomerdag.
De villa is perfect gelegen om de omgeving te verkennen. Op 150 meter afstand ligt een prachtig zandstrand en op 1 km afstand ligt het centrum van Scopello met diverse restaurants en een supermarkt.
Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft een tuin om in te ontspannen. Er is een mooie veranda met tuinmeubilair om van het uitzicht te genieten en er is een tuin waar u heerlijk kunt wandelen. Er is airconditioning en verwarming aanwezig om het verblijf nog comfortabeler te maken. Overdag kunt u een duik nemen in het zoetwaterzwembad. U heeft ook de beschikking over een solarium.
De dichtstbijzijnde luchthaven is Palermo (55 km).
Let op: De huiseigenaar heeft om veiligheidsredenen alleen buiten een videobewakingssysteem geïnstalleerd. De villa heeft 4 camera's die alleen de buitenkant van de villa bewaken.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is huge, enough room for our group of friends, The location is excellent, close to Scopello and beautiful beaches, We cooked a couple of dinners on the BBQ, which was super easy, Just a heads up, the check-in process took a bit longer than expected, but once we were in, we loved it!
Nice, clean, and comfortable, The garden made for a great spot to relax after a long day, Just a short walk to the beach which was nice, Would recommend!
We had a pleasant experience overall, The bedrooms were comfortable, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot days, The only downside was the lack of nearby public transport options, but we managed just fine with our rental car
Cet endroit est une perle ! La cuisine était entièrement équipée, ce qui a rendu la préparation des repas facile et agréable, Nous avons particulièrement aimé l'espace de restauration en plein air, Les enfants se sont bien amusés dans la piscine, et les plages à proximité étaient magnifiques, Nous reviendrions sans hésiter !
Une charmante maison de vacances ! La décoration était charmante et tout était bien entretenu, Nous avons apprécié le quartier calme, et le jardin offrait une belle échappatoire, À seulement quelques minutes en voiture de Scopello pour les options de restauration !
Quel bel endroit pour se détendre ! Le solarium était un endroit parfait pour prendre le soleil, et la proximité de la Riserva dello Zingaro était idéale pour la randonnée, Nous nous sommes sentis chez nous et nous recommanderions cette villa à quiconque recherchant une retraite paisible
