Wooden villa, built in 2021. Living room/kitchen, 4 bedrooms, one with a double bed and three with 2 separate beds each, sauna, washroom/WC, living area with sofa bed. There is also a shower room and separate WC near the bedrooms. Summer kitchen between the sauna department and other facilities (no heating). Large open terrace with outdoor hot tub. Car shelter for two cars, storage. Villa Kallas is a spacious and modern villa located on the cliff by the lake providing a stunning lake view over the lake Yli-Suolijärvi. There is an air water heat pump based floor heating in the cabin. Wireless Internet (4G) and two TVs, one in living area. The outdoor hot tub is immediately ready (electric heating), you can use it by ordering an outdoor hot tub from the additional services section. Fee for a hot tub is a one-time fee that covers your entire holiday period. 4 pairs of snowshoes, bobsleigh and sleds and sliders available for the guests. The cliff by the lake is ideal for sledging. Riisitunturi National Park is at its closest at a distance of 13 km (via forest roads). The actual starting point for the park is about 45 km away. Korouma gorge valley is within 50 km distance. Kirintövaara ski resort 20 km, Suomu 60 km and Ruka 70 km. Dog sledding rides are available within 12 km distance. Cultural Centre Pentik and factory shop 13 km, services of Posio municipality center 14 km. Fishing: Lake Yli-Suolijärvi is fishy. Fishing is permitted with fisheries management fee, one fishing rod can be used. However, fishing is not permitted in streaming waters (www.eraluvat.fi). Hunting: Small game hunting area 2620 Posio at its closest distance of about five kilometers (www.eraluvat.fi). Bed linen are delivered pre-made.
