This magnificent villa offers a very extensive exterior with a very well-kept garden with mountain views, ideal for enjoying the afternoons with your companions. In the garden there is the private chlorine pool that has dimensions of 12m long x 5m wide and its depth ranges from 1.50m to 2.00m. Next to the pool is the jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing under the Mediterranean sun. For sunbathing, the garden has 4 hammocks and 2 sun loungers. Near the pool you will have a porch fully furnished with tables and chairs that has a barbecue perfect for preparing a delicious meal after a swim in the pool. Before entering the house, you will find a second porch, also furnished for outdoor dining. They have a ping-pong table to spend the afternoons playing outdoors.
The interior of the house, distributed over 3 floors, is designed for maximum comfort. The living room has two sofas next to the Smart TV, and A/C to make afternoons watching movies more refreshing. It also has a dining area where you can enjoy, with all your companions, meals prepared in the induction kitchen fully equipped with all the utensils necessary to cook during your stay. At bedtime you will find 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, one of them with a double bed with a wardrobe and a complete en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The two bedrooms on this floor have two single beds and a wardrobe, and one of them has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. To complete this floor, they have another bathroom with a shower. Going up the stairs, you will find the last bedroom. This room stands out for having a dressing room and an exit to a small terrace with two hammocks ideal for sunbathing. It also has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub. Three of the bedrooms have A/C. For more comfort, you can use the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board that the house has. If you are traveling with a baby, a cot and high chair will be provided.
This magnificent accommodation is located very close to Pollença, a charming municipality at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana known for its rich history, impressive natural beauty and vibrant atmosphere. One of the main attractions of Pollença is its historic center. With its narrow cobblestone streets, picturesque squares and beautiful buildings, it is a perfect place to walk and explore. In it you will also find a wide variety of venues and restaurants where you can taste local cuisine. If you fancy enjoying a day of sun and sea, the beach of Puerto de Pollença, with its fine sand and crystal-clear waters, is an idyllic place to enjoy a wide range of water sports or simply relax on a sun lounger and enjoy the sun and the sea breeze.
The house has a cellar with a variety of wines that can be purchased with an additional supplement. You will have more information from the owner on the day of arrival. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 3 cars.
