The exterior of this beautiful house is perfect to enjoy summer days in Chiclana. It offers a refreshing private chlorine pool that measures 6 x 4 meters and has a depth ranging from 0.9 to 1.70 meters. The child safety fence is perfect for when family groups visit us. Next to the house, we also find the glazed porch equipped with an outdoor dining table and a ceiling fan to cool down the hot days. The property is fenced and located in a residential area with close neighbors.

The interior of the comfortable two-story house has been decorated with great style. On the ground floor we have the dining room equipped with a fireplace, electric radiator, Smart TV and table for 6. Next, the large kitchen has a ceramic hob and everything you need to cook during your stay. And this is also where the washing machine is located. A bedroom with a bunk bed for 3 people and a bathroom with shower complete this level. The first floor is occupied by two more bedrooms with a double bed each, and another bathroom with a shower. There is a cot and high chair if you are traveling with your baby, a ceiling fan and electric radiator in the three bedrooms, and an iron and ironing board for those who like to look impeccable.

The property is located in the residential area of ​​the Poblado de Sancti Petri, at an equidistant distance from the beautiful beaches of Sancti Petri and La Barrosa. In the area you will find some restaurants and beach bars, but in Chiclana de la Frontera, just 6 km away, you have all the necessary services for your stay, and you cannot miss its food market. Other essentials in the area are the boat ride to the Sancti Petri castle, and visiting the salt flats of Chiclana or a winery within the Marco de Jerez.
