Villa Cala Pi

The exteriors of the house are spectacular, cool off in its 6 x 3 m chlorine pool with a minimum depth of 1 m and a maximum depth of 2 m. There is a large garden and a swing for the little ones in the house. Enjoy a barbecue, which you will find on the terrace, with your family and friends. Additionally, under the porch of the house, fully furnished, you can spend great evenings accompanied by the tranquility of the area. On the 1st floor you will find another furnished terrace which is accessed from 2 bedrooms.

The 150 m2 chalet, distributed over 2 floors, has 4 bedrooms, all of them located on the 1st floor equipped with a double bed, radiator, wardrobe and views of the garden or countryside; one of them has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is availability for 2 cribs and 2 high chairs. There are 2 more bathrooms that serve the entire house, 1 on the 1st floor with a bathtub, and 1 toilet on the ground floor.

The living room-kitchen-dining room, located on the ground floor, is fully equipped. Relax by watching Sat-TV, reading a book or simply relaxing. The kitchen, open and with vitro, is fully equipped so you can cook without any problem; Being a kitchen open to the dining room will make your stay more welcoming. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Cala Pi is 17km from Llucmajor and 4km from the Talayotic town of Capocorb, declared a historical monument, which can be visited every day by paying an entrance fee. Road access is easy and there is free parking. To go down to Cala Pi you have to go down steep stairs. You can visit Palma, where you will find a great tourist offer, cultural walks, shopping, etc. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 30 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. Pets up to 15.00 kg are welcome. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 6 cars.
