This charming 220 m2 ground floor house has 4 bedrooms; Ideal for couples with children or small groups of friends. One of the bedrooms is equipped with two single beds (bunk beds), while the other two each have a double bed. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 with a shower and the other with a bathtub.

You feel a warm atmosphere in each room. Sit down and relax in the living room, where there is a comfortable sofa to enjoy a good read, surf the Internet, listen to music or watch satellite TV in German, English or Spanish. The dining area, in the same space, has a large rustic table to enjoy meals with family and friends. The independent kitchen has everything you need so you can cook without problems: toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker, oven and gas stove, cutlery, kettle, juicer, kitchen utensils and refrigerator with freezer. Obviously there is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is enough space to park 6 cars in front of the house, on the same property, but it is not covered.

The exterior of the house is wonderful: go outside to the terrace, have a barbecue, swim in the pool or simply relax in the huge garden. The 200 m2 terrace is furnished and also has a chillout area with rattan furniture. There is 250 m2 of grass where you can sunbathe in one of the 6 hammocks. The chlorine pool is private and measures 10 x 4.50 meters.

The Santa Margalida area is in the center of the island, therefore it is very easy to get anywhere in a reasonable time. The area is basically rural and mostly inhabited by people from the island, so there is not much tourism and you can discover the real Mallorca. Even so, you will find everything you need in Santa Margalida; supermarket, pharmacy, bank, sports area, bars and some restaurants. Manacor, Rafa Nadal's hometown, is quite close and has plenty of shops in the center in addition to its well-known pearl factories.

In just 15 minutes driving you can reach Ses Casetes dels Capellans and Ca'n Picafort. Spend a good day on the fine sand beach or enjoy a cocktail watching the sunset. In the area there are good restaurants, where you can eat paella, with the most impressive views of the sea. The Ca'n Picafort promenade is a very lively area that contrasts with the very quiet Playa de Muro area. The areas of Puerto de Alcúdia and Pollença are also nearby.
