The exteriors of this Mallorcan house are charming and very spacious, they have a fantastic chlorine pool measuring 11 x 5m, and 1.40 to 2.00m deep, with an outdoor shower, and surrounded by a large grass area where you can sunbathe or play with the little ones in the family. For them, it is possible to install a protective fence around the pool if they wish. To enjoy unforgettable evenings accompanied by your loved ones, an exquisite dinner and a glass of wine perhaps, they have two fully furnished porches, one unique next to the pool and another equipped with a rustic barbecue and a built-in wood oven.

The house has two floors with large rooms and decorated in a very simple and functional way. In total, they have five bedrooms with wardrobes and three bathrooms. On the ground floor, you will find a living room open to the dining room, ideal for watching a movie or the series you like most on satellite television, and a kitchen equipped with gas and all the essential utensils. Three of the bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with two single beds, and two bathrooms, with a bathtub or shower. On the first floor, a comfortable living room with television and access to a small terrace, two other bedrooms, one with a double bed and a second with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower that serves the floor. If you are traveling with a baby, a crib and a high chair are available in the house. There is a laundry area with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

About 2.6 km from the house, you can enjoy the paradisiacal and protected beach of Es Trenc, where you can have something fresh at its beach bar, and small dream coves in Colonia de Sant Jordi, the ideal place if you want to eat some dishes with fresh fish. At night, its port lights up and comes to life. Being located between Colonia de Sant Jordi, Sa RÃ pita, Ses Salines and the town of Campos, they have a wide variety of services, such as bars and restaurants, grocery stores or supermarkets, among others. The capital of the island, Palma de Mallorca, is about 40 minutes away by car, be sure to visit its majestic cathedral.

The barbecue wood oven cannot be used. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 20 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 4 cars.
