There will be no better way to start your day than having breakfast on the terrace while you contemplate the spectacular views of the Cala Pi torrent and enjoy the silence and calm that this accommodation offers you. The terrace is also ideal for extending the evening while having a drink with your companions. Please note that, being in a building, the apartment has direct neighbors.

The cozy interior of the property, which is located on the first floor of the building without an elevator, is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The living room, equipped with AC and Smart TV, is open to the kitchen, which has a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. At bedtime they have two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. A bathroom with a bathtub serves the home. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.

The house is located in a residential, respectful and quiet area of ​​the small urbanization of Cala Pi, where you will find a supermarket and restaurant. For more services you will have to go to Sa Rípita or Llucmajor. The best thing about the location is that the house is located next to the imposing torrent and just a few minutes walk from the beautiful cove with turquoise waters and fine sand. From here begins a wonderful cliff with incredible views. If you feel like it, you can also visit the prehistoric village of Talaiot Capocorp Vell, declared a Historical-Artistic Monument in 1931.
