Equipped with sun loungers and parasols, it invites you to sunbathe. The perfect place to relax, residents can enjoy quiet moments where they can have a snack or immerse themselves in reading a good book.

This cozy two-story home reveals a charming foyer that welcomes its inhabitants. The ground floor houses two large living-dining rooms, both equipped with Smart TV, air conditioning and comfortable sofas, offering options for entertainment and relaxation. Two kitchens equipped with ceramic hobs provide a functional space for preparing delicious meals. The ground floor also has two bedrooms with single beds, wardrobes, air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms with bathtubs. An additional bathroom with a bathtub completes this floor. On the upper floor, a last room with a double bed, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with bathtub offers privacy, with access to a terrace where you can enjoy the sun and the views. For greater comfort, it has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. If you travel with a baby we can provide a crib and high chair.
