This fabulous country house has fascinating exteriors thanks to the large green grass plot that forms it and that surrounds a spectacular construction and a magnificent salt pool. With dimensions of 11 x 7 m and a depth of between 0.3 and 1.6 m, it becomes the true protagonist to enjoy refreshing and relaxing baths. Next to it, they have 6 hammocks to lie in the sun, a porch with barbecue and two pergolas, covered with heather, perfectly furnished to enjoy good breakfasts, delicious banquets or a quiet afternoon with a glass of wine. The plot is fenced and there are neighbors in the area.

The house is distributed over 2 floors. On the main floor there is a striking living room, with a fireplace and satellite television, open to the dining room and the kitchen, equipped with a gas hob. In addition, each corner offers large windows that provide lots of light and direct access to the garden. There is also a separate laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. To rest there are three rooms, all with direct access to a terrace or garden. Two of them are on the ground floor, and have a closet; one with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, and the other with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. In addition, a toilet completes this floor. Going up the stairs, you have the third bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and dressing room. There is availability for a cot and a high chair. The entire house is acclimatized with air conditioning, oil central heating and underfloor heating.

The accommodation is located within a rural environment and, although it belongs to Campos, the closest town is Ses Salines, a beautiful coastal town ideal for beach lovers. Of course, not just any beach, but those paradisiacal beaches and coves that are totally dreamlike. The closest is the beautiful and protected Es Trenc beach, with crystal clear waters, fine white sand and a large expanse of dunes in the process of regeneration, a true wonder! To enjoy services such as bars, restaurants and supermarkets, in Ses Salines they have the most basic ones, while in Campos they are more spacious.

There is an annex that remains closed. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 5 cars.

Tourist license: ETV/5805At the entrance you must pay the Ecotasa (tourist tax of the Balearic Islands) in cash. The amount varies between 0.55€ / per night per person in the low season and 2.2€ / per night per person in the high season. Starting on the ninth day, it is reduced by half. People under 16 years old excluded. At the entrance you have to pay the deposit directly to the owner.
