Sun Of Alcanada

Being located on the seafront of Alcanada, this wonderful home makes our guests feel almost sailing on the crystal clear waters from the cozy and beautiful terrace. Imagine what it can be like every morning of your stay having a good breakfast by the sea, listening to the soft sound of the waves and feeling the fresh breeze. The apartment is located at street level, although the back part becomes a kind of hill so, after gaining energy, you can go down directly to the beach from the community garden and through several steps. On the way back, they have an outdoor shower that they can use to rinse off the salt before going up for lunch or dinner.

The interior exudes modernity and a very nice beachy touch, especially in the spacious living room-kitchen-dining room. It is ideal for enjoying time together, as you can take the opportunity to cook on the ceramic hob and prepare the table at the same time, or watch satellite television while eating or relaxing on the sofa. On cold days, you can light the fireplace. Of course, there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Then there is a bathroom with a shower that serves the entire accommodation and two bedrooms, with a wardrobe and air conditioning, one with a single bed and the other with a double bed. There is availability for a cot and a high chair.

Alcanada is a very quiet urbanization, largely inhabited by local people who go on vacation with their family. In fact, in summer it comes alive and has all the necessary services such as a supermarket, bars and traditional food restaurants. But the best of all is being able to go to the beach in just two steps. This quiet beach has little sand and is abundant in pebbles and seaweed. Furthermore, on the islet just in front of it, accessible by swimming, there is a lighthouse that makes it very special among the beaches of the island. And, if you are golf lovers, you are in the right place, because one of the best courses in Mallorca is here, the Alcanada Golf Club. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser.
