The exteriors of this magnificent villa manage to create a dream place for lovers of the countryside and tranquility. Enjoy the simple singing of the birds while you have a delicious breakfast by the pool and contemplate the landscape. The private pool is made of salt and has a size of 4.80 x 2.45 m and a depth of 1.2 to 1.6 m. Around you can also sunbathe on 4 sun loungers and prepare delicious outdoor barbecues. Privacy is total.

The Mallorcan-style construction offers 2 floors. You are welcomed by a spacious living-dining room, with television, air conditioning and fireplace. Next you access the kitchen, equipped with a gas stove, oven and much more. Upstairs they have two bedrooms with a wardrobe and A/C, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and space for a cot/highchair. There are two bathrooms in the house, one is outside and has a shower and the other is on the first floor and has a bathtub. The laundry room offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The house is located just 1.7 km from the city of Inca, where you will find a wide variety of shops, supermarkets and traditional food restaurants. Of course, you can't miss its market, held in the center every Thursday. For excursion lovers, we recommend visiting the Puig de Santa Magdalena or the Lluc Monastery. And if you want a beach, the closest is Puerto de Alcúdia, 27 km away. The access road to the house is dirt and narrow. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. Pets are welcome. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 2 cars.
