This typical Mallorcan two-story house has a private chlorine pool, with dimensions of 12m x 6m and a depth that varies between 0.75 m and 2.15 m. Around it, a grass area is ideal for placing a towel and lying in the sun or having fun with the little ones in the family. You may also like to take a quiet walk around the grounds, full of trees and plants and even some chickens that roam freely. A furnished stone terrace and barbecue are perfect for cooking lovers. For your convenience, there is an outside bathroom with a shower.

Upon entering the house, a cozy living-dining room awaits you on the main floor, where you can watch satellite television or relax on the sofa. Next to this room you will find the kitchen, independent and gas, which has all the necessary utensils to cook delicious dishes. They have a washing machine, iron and ironing board of course. On this same floor there are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub. On the upper floor, going up the stairs, you reach a second room with two armchairs, the ideal place to relax and read a good book. In addition, we have a third bedroom with a double bed. For our smallest guests we will prepare a crib and a high chair. Two radiators and three fans complete the equipment. One of the double bedrooms has air conditioning from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m.

In the Porreres area there is a wide variety of bars and restaurants offering typical Mallorcan cuisine. Don't hesitate to go to the beaches of Ses Covetes and Sa RÃ pita, fine sand beaches to admire the sunset with a delicious cocktail. Es Trenc beach, known for being a protected natural area, is approximately 26 km away. Other beaches that are worth visiting are Cala Anguila, Porto Colom or Porto Cristo, among many others. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 3 cars.
