The house is in a quiet area surrounded by countryside in the center of Mallorca. During summer days, you can cool off in the private chlorine pool with a size of 9 meters x 4 meters and a depth between 1 meter and 1.8 meters. It is surrounded by a terrace with six sun loungers and two parasols, an ideal place to sunbathe and contemplate the impressive views. A large garden invites you to spread your towel on the grass or have a family picnic. On the fixed barbecue you can prepare grilled delicacies - and then eat together on the porch, equipped with a table and enough chairs for six guests. The plot is fenced and there are no direct neighbors. The interior combines authentic decoration with modern equipment, including satellite television with channels in English and German as well as WiFi. From here they have access to the garden and the pool, to take a bath at any time. The kitchen is open to the living room and offers good equipment, including a gas stove, basic cooking utensils and an electric oven. Six people can sit around the table and we can also provide a high chair if a baby comes. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are on the terrace. Here they rest in three comfortable bedrooms with views of the pool or the countryside. One comes with two single beds, fan, wardrobe and the other two have a double bed and fan (one with a wardrobe and one with a dressing room). A bedroom with a double bed and access to the terrace offers an en-suite bathroom with shower and bidet and has space to prepare a cot. A bathroom with shower serves the home. Porreres is an authentic village in south-central Mallorca, characterized by large wheat fields, old windmills and small villages. The people who live in that area are closely linked to Mallorcan traditions and culture and many have worked as farmers for generations. This means that you can buy top quality fruit and vegetables at the markets. In the village of Porreres, 3.3 km away, you will find good restaurants, a grocery store and bars. By car you can reach the coast and dream beaches such as Sa Rapita, Es Trenc or the fishing village of Porto Colom in about 30 minutes. The wood stove cannot be used. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 3 cars.
