Perfectly placed sun loungers invite you to relax under the warm sun, while an outdoor shower provides a revitalizing touch. The large garden offers an oasis of greenery, and the furnished porch is the ideal place to enjoy moments of relaxation. In addition, a barbecue completes the experience, inviting you to delight your senses with exquisite flavors. This charming stone-clad home offers a perfect blend of comfort and style. In your cozy living room, you will find a Smart TV, AC and a warm fireplace, ideal for cozy nights and a comfortable sofa that invites you to rest. The open-style kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, you will find everything you need to create delicious dishes. When it's time to rest, you will have three bedrooms, all with air conditioning and a closet. One room has a double bed, while the other two have two single beds each. Completing the house, there are two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower with a change of towels every 3 days. The house also includes practical amenities such as a washing machine, iron and ironing board. For families with babies, a cot and high chair are provided. Sa Pobla is a charming town in Mallorca where you can taste the local cuisine, walk its streets, and enjoy the tranquility and natural landscapes of the Albufera, just 10 minutes by car from the beautiful beaches of the Bay of Alcúdia.
