This fantastic villa has very well-kept and beautiful exteriors. The garden offers a private elevated pool. It is made of chlorine, measures 7 x 4 m and has a depth of 1.3 m. There are 6 sun loungers for sunbathing. Children will have fun in the play area. There are several terraces for lunch or dinner outdoors. There is a gas barbecue at your disposal. The plot, of 7100 m2, is not fenced.

The house has two floors. On the main floor is the living room, with satellite television and fireplace. In this space is the dining room, with a large table, and the kitchen, equipped with a gas stove. The laundry room offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The three bedrooms are located on the first floor, all of them with a double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning. Two of the bedrooms share a terrace. There are two bathrooms with showers, one on each floor. There is a cot, a high chair and a fan available.

The villa is located 3 km from Manacor, in a countryside setting. The place is very quiet. The closest beach is Porto Cristo, about 16 km away. La Reserva Rotana golf course is 3.6 km away.
Pool and garden maintenance is carried out several days a week. Time: 06:00 hrs.

Pets are allowed only upon prior request. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 1 car.
