The exteriors of the property are ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate and reflect the family character of the house. Thus, it is a wonder to swim in the chlorine pool, measuring 7m x 4m and with a depth of 0.9m to 1.6m, which is at the sole disposal of our guests. Children will be able to play safely, since the pool has child protection. Six sun loungers invite you to sunbathe, either under the awning or in full sun. Next to the pool, a porch is a cool place to have a delicious family barbecue. At the entrance, there is another terrace overlooking the garden where you can sunbathe while having breakfast and, perhaps, keep an eye on the little ones while they play. If you prefer shade, there is an awning as well. The property is fenced and, because it is in a small urbanization, there are neighbors nearby. Inside, a beautiful living room-dining room-kitchen equipped with air conditioning, it is a nice place to watch a movie on satellite television or a DVD with the children. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a ceramic hob, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Three bedrooms with views of the garden, one with a double bed and two with two single beds, invite you to dream. We can provide a crib and a high chair if you are traveling with a baby. Three fans are available for summer. Regarding the bathrooms, there is one with a shower and hydromassage bathtub as well as an outside toilet. The owner cares about the environment and has installed solar panels. The house is close to the city of Manacor with a wide range of restaurants, shops, cafes and everything you need for an independent stay. The eastern beaches are wonderful and we recommend a visit to Porto Cristo, Sa Coma, Cala Millor and Cales de Mallorca, all with fine sand and ideal for families. The Drach caves and the Hams caves are a spectacular underground world that will surprise the whole family. A car is necessary. The nearest golf course, called Reserva Rotana, is about 9 km away. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 3 cars.
