This beautiful farm has wonderful exteriors so that our guests can enjoy the true essence and tranquility of the countryside. After gathering strength with a delicious breakfast and sunbathing on the four sun loungers, you can cool off in the outdoor shower or swim in the private pool as much as you like. It is a beautiful salt pool, measuring 7 x 3 meters and with a depth that rises from 0.5 to 1.3 meters. Then they have a whole paradise of flowers, plants, bushes, trees and views of the mountains that surround the house and envelop, in itself, the entire land so that they can perhaps take a pleasant little walk. The plot is fenced and there are neighbors. The single-story house offers very spacious and bright rooms with an exceptional rustic character. The living-dining room is an authentic Mallorcan gem where you will enjoy chatting together, while enjoying a good banquet, or watching satellite television. The kitchen also offers a dining area, if desired, and is equipped with an industrial gas stove, oven and everything you need to cook at home. The laundry room is separate and offers a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Then there are two rooms with AC and direct access to the garden. One of them has two single beds and a wardrobe, and in the second there is a double bed, dressing room and en-suite bathroom with shower. There is a second bathroom with a bathtub that serves the entire house. Finally, if you are staying with a baby, we will prepare a crib and a high chair for you. They have two fans at their disposal and there are mosquito nets in all rooms. The location is perfect if you want to be in the countryside and enjoy its tranquility but, at the same time, be close to the town and the coast. Sa Pobla is located just over 5 km away, where you can find bars, restaurants, shops and its traditional Sunday market, among other things. The beach is also only 14.5 km away, the closest being Puerto de Alcúdia, with clear waters, fine sand and plenty of beach bars, ice cream parlors and all kinds of services. And if you like golf, the Alcanada course is about 17.8 km away. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.
