In this house at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range you will enjoy an authentic holiday of peace and quiet. Outside, enjoy the surroundings and the wonderful views after a refreshing swim in the beautiful salt pool. It measures 8x4 meters and its depth is between 0.8 and 1.8 meters. The place is ideal for sunbathing on one of the sun loungers while listening to the birds singing or having a drink at one of the tables outside. The area lends itself to relaxing and taking a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life in the middle of an extraordinary setting. It also has a barbecue to prepare delicious grilled meats and vegetables and a play area where the little ones will have fun moments. The property is fenced and privacy is total.
The beautiful rustic-style home has 100 m2 along a single floor. The interior is characterized by wooden beams and traditional but comfortable and functional furniture. Upon entering we find a large living room where you can sit on a comfortable sofa while watching satellite television (channels only in German). The dining table has capacity for 4 people and is located next to the fireplace, ideal for staying warm on the coldest days. The kitchen is independent and has a gas stove and oven, microwave and electric coffee maker among others. In the house you will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. To rest, this charming house has 2 bedrooms. One offers a double bed, a closet and a fan. And the other has two single beds, a wardrobe and a fan. If you are traveling with a baby we can prepare a crib and a high chair for you. Two bathrooms with a bathtub, one of them exterior, complete the accommodation.
This house is located in a very quiet area, surrounded by the mountains, but at the same time just 1.3 km from the town of Mancor de la Vall. There you will find all the basic services. In the city of Inca you will also find supermarkets, shops and a wide variety of restaurants. The house is the ideal starting point for hiking and cycling routes. The beach is also close, about 26 km in Puerto de Alcudia, where in addition to the sea and the sun you can do water sports or enjoy the nightlife. If you like golf, the closest is Pollença and is 26.3 km away. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.
