Among its outdoor areas, two porches and a large patio are perfectly suited to the different plans and moments you enjoy in your daily life. The back porch guarantees a good start to the morning with a delicious breakfast before walking out to the beach or simply staying at home relaxing reading a book in the charming chill out area. At midday, a wonderful built-in barbecue invites you to prepare a good grilled feast and then spend the afternoon and, who knows?, extend it until dawn having a laugh and enjoying a glass of wine on any of the outdoor sofas.

The architectural style of the house gives it a very special charm and character. Maintaining a traditional yet modern style, upon entering you find a large living room with AC where you can watch satellite television or rest for a while. After a large arch you access the dining room and kitchen. Here you can cook your best dishes on the ceramic hob or in the oven and quickly take them to the table or to the porch, since there is direct access. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. The laundry room has a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. At bedtime you will find four bedrooms, three of them with a double bed and the last one with two single beds that can also be put together. There are also two bathrooms with shower. If you travel with your baby we can provide up to two cribs and two high chairs. Five fans complete the equipment of the room.

Cala Llombards is a quiet urbanization that has an absolutely privileged natural environment and a cove of sand and turquoise waters that leave anyone breathless. The best of all is that you can access it by walking a couple of minutes since it is located about 650 meters from the property. Nearby are Cala S'Almunia or the mythical and impressive Caló des Moro. The Mondragó Natural Park is very close and is perfect for disconnecting, enjoying its nature and taking some excursions. For daily shopping, in Cala Llombards they have a grocery store, as well as bars and restaurants to try our gastronomic culture.

The fireplace in the living room cannot be used. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 28 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.
