This wonderful house surprises with its simple but wonderful interior terrace, equipped with nothing less than a beautiful salt pool, a barbecue and a furnished porch area to enjoy pleasant meals or evenings. In addition to a refreshing swim in the pool - measuring 5 x 3 m and 1.1 to 1.7 m deep - you will love sunbathing on one of the two sun loungers or reading a book lying calmly on them. But, the best of all, is that they also have the beach nearby, just 600 meters away. At the front they also have a furnished terrace to have a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine while watching the sunset with family or friends.

Inside, they find a large living-dining room where they can watch satellite television, take a nap next to the air conditioning or eat together. The modern, independent kitchen offers a gas hob and everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes. There are two bathrooms in the house with a shower and three bedrooms, all with a wardrobe, a fan, space to accommodate a cot and a high chair wherever you prefer. Two of them have a double bed and the third has two single beds. The latter and one of the doubles also have air conditioning. The washing machine, ironing board and iron are on the terrace.

S'Estanyol is a beautiful coastal area ideal for beach lovers, but not just any beach, but those paradisiacal beaches and coves with crystal clear waters. Among them, the closest is S'Estalella, located 600 m away, although we recommend visiting Es Trenc, Sa RÃ pita or Ses Covetes. And if after a day on the water you feel like having dinner, there are some restaurants and bars in S'Estanyol and the surrounding area. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.
