This true gem of a villa makes every corner ideal for a dream stay. The green garden is surrounded by plants, trees and flowers, a large terrace perfectly furnished with 7 sun loungers, a barbecue area, an outdoor eating area and various spaces to relax having a coffee, tea or reading something interesting. But among all this is the best: a beautiful chlorine pool, with dimensions of 7 x 4 m and a depth of 0.8 to 1.6 m. For your convenience there is an outside shower. Privacy is partial since there are direct neighbors. The house includes two buildings. The interior of the main house, on two floors, surprises with a rustic and special decoration. Upon entering we find a beautiful dining room open to the kitchen, which is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven and everything necessary. Then we have three bedrooms with a wardrobe and fan, one with a single bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, another with two single beds and the last with a double bed and space for a cot and high chair. Additionally, there is another independent bathroom with a shower for the rest of the house. On the first floor is the living room with a natural stone wall and a dining area with access to the outside. During winter days, you can make a warm fire in the wood stove and watch a movie on the satellite TV, or turn on the central heating. On the other hand, there is a small attached house with a hall and a fourth bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the garden. And finally, they have an outside toilet and the laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board in a garage. The property is located in a quiet and idyllic environment thanks to the green mountains of Levante. Lovers of outdoor sports or the beach find their second home here. Both the Capdepera golf course and the sandy beach of Son Moll or Canyamel are about 10-15 minutes away by car. Cala Torta, Cala Mitjana and Cala Estreta are natural coves that are located north of the house. In Cala Ratjada there is a great atmosphere, both during the day and at night. Along the promenade there are a wide variety of restaurants and cafes and in the center you will find supermarkets and shops. The pool does not have a jacuzzi. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 3 cars.
