The best plan after a fun day at the beach is to cool off in the fabulous chlorine pool that measures 10 x 6 meters and has a depth between 1 and 1.80 meters. They can also sunbathe on the 10 sun loungers and cool off in the outdoor shower. Later they can enjoy a delicious barbecue and have a drink on the outdoor sofa at the end of the day. The property is fenced and privacy is total.

The single-story house presents a traditional and cozy style that exudes serenity. The living room is equipped with satellite TV and a wood stove. The large kitchen is independent and has a gas stove. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are also located here. The sleeping area offers 5 bedrooms, two with 2 single beds and 3 with a double bed. Two of them also have an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There are two other bathrooms in the house, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Finally, we can provide you with a crib and a high chair if you are traveling with your baby and there are 6 fans available.

The villa is located in a quiet countryside area but just 1.8 km from Cala Marçal, a beautiful beach with white sand and turquoise waters. Portocolom is also very close, just 2.6 km and there you will find all the necessary services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. Not far away you will find Cala d'Or with its characteristic white houses and great atmosphere. Another day you can visit the Mondragó Natural Park or play golf on the Vall d'Or course.

The house is ecological, it works with solar panels and the water supply comes directly from the house's own well. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. Pets are welcome. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 6 cars.
