The exterior of the house is a true oasis of tranquility. The large chlorine pool, measuring 10 meters long by 4 meters wide and with a depth ranging from 0.6 meters to 1.80 meters, is perfect for swimming and cooling off in the sun. Surrounded by manicured natural grass and fruit trees, the garden has 6 sun loungers where you can relax under the warm Mediterranean sun. Before entering the interior of the house, they have a furnished porch equipped with a fixed barbecue where you can make delicious barbecues.

The spacious interior, distributed over two floors, begins with the bright open space of the living-dining room. The living room area has a sofa and two armchairs where you can relax next to the Smart TV after a day of exploring. At meal time, the ceramic hob kitchen is prepared with all the utensils necessary to cook during your stay. You will be able to eat with all your companions at the outdoor table next to the pool, or in the dining room inside the house. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and the other with two single beds. There is also a second bathroom on this floor with a shower. The third bedroom is on the first floor and has two single beds with access to the terrace with views of the entire garden. On this first floor there is another room with a sofa and a third bathroom with a shower. They have a washing machine, iron and ironing board to use during your stay. If you travel with a baby, a crib and high chair will be offered.

Cala Bona is a charming coastal town that offers a perfect combination of tranquility and activities. Cala Bona beach is just 1.1 km away, ideal for enjoying the sea and the sun. For golf fans, the Son Servera Golf Club is just 4.4 km away. The town of Cala Millor is very close and there you will find a variety of bars and restaurants where you can taste the delicious local cuisine. You will also find an extensive promenade with numerous shops where you can take pleasant walks with the sea breeze. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 2 cars.

Tourist license: ETV/1343At the entrance you must pay the Ecotasa (tourist tax of the Balearic Islands) in cash.
