The exteriors are very beautiful. A beautiful garden with artificial grass surrounds an elevated chlorine pool - measuring 5.5 m in diameter and 1.3 m deep -, perfect for cooling off and relaxing for a while after sunbathing on the 4 sun loungers. Next to it, a few meters away, you will find a terrace with a pergola, perfect for preparing a delicious barbecue. And then you can extend your evening under the porch having a drink in the most absolute tranquility and privacy.
The house works through solar energy, which makes it even more charming if possible. Upon entering you find a large living room-kitchen-dining room, ideal for doing everything at once. You can prepare your best recipes on the gas stove while you prepare the table, have an aperitif or even chat on the sofa, accompanied by satellite television. Next we have two bedrooms with a double bed and two bathrooms with a shower. To complete the equipment, they have a crib and a high chair at your disposal for the little one in the family, as well as 3 fans if needed. The laundry room is separate and offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The property is located on the outskirts of Muro, about 6.2 km from the town center, making it a very quiet environment. The highlight is that it is next to the S'Albufera Natural Park, where you can take beautiful excursions by bike or on foot. In fact, a cycling route passes right in front of the house. Ca’n Picafort and Ses Casetes des Capellans are just a few minutes' drive away, so you can spend a good day at the beach, eat in delicious restaurants by the sea and take a pleasant walk.
