In this beautiful house you can enjoy a natural environment and the peace and tranquility that it implies. From the 2.30 x 4.10 meter chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.30 to 1.40 meters you can enjoy wonderful views of the countryside and nature. You can sunbathe on one of the sun loungers after the dip. Next to the pool and at the entrance of the house we find the porch, furnished with an outdoor dining table for 6 people, where you will enjoy lunch and dinner outdoors. You can access the orchard where you will find fruit trees such as orange and plum trees, and also sheep. The plot is fenced and privacy is total.

The 190 m2 house is distributed entirely on one floor. Upon entering we find the spacious and bright rustic-style living-dining room where you can rest on one of the sofas while watching satellite television. The dining table seats 8 people. The large gas kitchen also has an office area for 6 people and is fully equipped. On cold days you can warm up with the stoves that we find in the living room and kitchen. To rest, the house has three bedrooms. The first has a double bed, wardrobe and fan. The second, also with a double bed, wardrobe and fan, also has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The third bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe, as well as an en-suite bathroom with a shower. A third bathroom with shower serves the rest of the house. If you travel with a baby, a crib and a high chair are at your disposal. The house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

This beautiful house is located at the foot of Puig de Randa from where you can see Gracia and Cura, beautiful places that you can visit. In Llucmajor, just 4.5 km away, you will find all the basic services for an independent stay. The closest beach is Es Trenc, a paradisiacal beach with turquoise waters and fine sand, and just 24 km from the property. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 30 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation.
