An authentic Mallorcan porch with a built-in barbecue promises memorable evenings accompanied by a tasty dinner and a good bottle of wine, while a second porch, in front of the house, is the perfect place to have breakfast and relax on the sofa contemplating the impressive garden. A garden with all types of trees, plants and full of grass that gives a unique charm to the property and surrounds the entire house and a beautiful chlorine pool, measuring 9 x 4.5 m and with a depth of 0.8 to 1.6 m. Around it, six sun loungers are what our guests most want to enjoy the hot sun of the island, as is the case with the slides and swings area for our youngest guests. For your greatest comfort, they have an outdoor bathroom with a shower and the entire property is fenced. Privacy is not total since there are neighbors nearby.

The house has two floors of pure delicacy and originality. Upon entering, you are greeted by an impressive dining room open to the living room and kitchen. In the living room they have two comfortable sofas to watch satellite television or lie down for a while to rest next to the air conditioning. The dining room, a very cheerful space, is equipped with a rustic table with chairs for your indoor banquets. The kitchen, also with unparalleled style, is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave and everything you may need to prepare your signature dishes, as well as direct access to the outside. The laundry room is independent and has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. This floor is completed with a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs there is a second bathroom with a bathtub and two other bedrooms with A/C, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. All of them offer a wardrobe and satellite TV. There is availability for a cot and a high chair.

This country house belongs to the district of Santa Margarita, although it is located closer to Can Picafort. It is ideal for those looking for the tranquility of the countryside without giving up the beach, since Playa des Capellans is only 3.5 km away. In either of the two towns you can make your daily purchases although, if you are going to enjoy a good restaurant, we advise you to choose one facing the sea and then take a walk having a coffee or an ice cream along the promenade.

The fireplace in the living room cannot be used. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 30 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 5 cars.
