The exteriors of the property are ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. Without a doubt, the protagonist will be the wonderful infinity pool with integrated jacuzzi, which is private and chlorine-free. With dimensions of 10 x 5 m and a depth range of between 1.15 and 1.8 m, it also has an area so that children can cool off while splashing around. Around you, you will find sun loungers where you can relax while sunbathing, a barbecue and several furnished terraces from where you can enjoy fun moments while eating or having a drink with your companions and admiring the impressive views of the surroundings. The property is fenced and, although there are some neighbors in the area, the privacy is practically total.

Distributed over two floors, the interior of the house is decorated with exquisite taste and designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On the main floor there is a large living room equipped with AC and TV with satellite channels, a dining room that leads to the kitchen, which has induction and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably, and a toilet. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On this floor you will also find four of the five bedrooms, all of them with AC and en-suite bathroom. Of these, two have a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub and shower, while the other two have two single beds each and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Through a staircase you will access the lower floor, where you will find another charming living room and the fifth bedroom, which has a double bed, AC and an en-suite bathroom with shower. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.

This beautiful accommodation is located between Felanitx and Portocolom, a charming fishing village known for its beautiful natural port, its beaches and its authentic Mediterranean atmosphere. Its port is the center of the town, offering a picturesque setting in which to enjoy the sea views and relax in one of the restaurants or cafes that line the coast, where you can delight in the excellent gastronomic offer specializing in fresh fish and seafood, as well as traditional Mallorcan dishes. We also encourage you to visit the Portocolom Lighthouse, a landmark in the area from where you can admire the impressive panoramic views of the coast and the Mediterranean Sea. If you feel like enjoying a day of sun and sea, in Portocolom and its surroundings you will find beautiful coves and beaches with crystal-clear waters. Some of the most popular are Cala Marçal, Cala Sa Nau and Cala Mitjana, all of them perfect places for sunbathing, swimming and practicing water sports such as snorkeling or diving.
