The house is located within an agricultural and livestock farm, where work is done daily. The exterior gardens of this house are beautiful. Everything around it is green and flowery, with a multitude of trees and plants that form wonderful corners in which to disconnect. The elongated shape of the pool, 15 m long and 4 m wide, invites you to do some lengths. It has a depth of 0.90 m to 1.90 m, is made of salt and is private. In addition, it has 6 sun loungers and 2 parasols, a rocking sofa to relax and a furnished porch. The owners, concerned about the environment, have installed solar panels on the property, and under their supervision, they will be able to access an orchard full of fruit trees such as olive, lemon and almond trees. A fantastic terrace with a built-in barbecue, perfect for dining under the pergola at night. Upon entering the house, you can feel the liveliness of a practical air-conditioned room, thanks to its exquisite colors, which unify the dining room with the living room and the kitchen. Here you can eat while watching television with satellite channels, or cook on the gas hob while chatting with the rest, who can sit on the stools at the American bar to have an aperitif. On this floor you can rest in two bedrooms with a wardrobe and double bed, one of them with air conditioning, and find a bathroom with a shower. Going up the stairs, you find a third bedroom with a wardrobe and two single beds and a toilet. Wherever you wish we can place a crib and a high chair. Montuïri is a beautiful town in the center of Mallorca, very well connected to reach any point on the island in a reasonable time. It is quiet but offers the basic services for an independent stay. The closest beach is Palma Beach, almost 25 km away, with fine sand. From Montuïri you can also go to Palma, the capital, where the variety of leisure offers, restaurants, shops, museums and much more is endless. In short, this is the best opportunity for a quiet vacation while being close to a more lively environment. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets.
