40 km north of Jyväskylä. Lake Niinivesi 30 m (length 6 km, breadth 1,5 km) shallow water, shallow, sanded clay bottom. Own boat. Log cabin 1998, kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each, dressing room with 1 extra bed, washroom, sauna, foyer, open veranda. Note! In picture 2, new renovated terrace (picture 1 old terrace). Lakeside sauna in use only 1.6-30.9. Cottage is located on a island. The cottage can reached by a car, because there is bridge. There is lakeview from both sides of the plot. Lighted ski trail 2 km from the cottage. LAAJAVUORI ski resort 40 km.
