The house offers a large patio with several corners where you can enjoy the good weather on the island. Its salt pool, measuring 2.5x5.10m and with a maximum depth of 1.45m, is perfect for cooling off on the hottest days. In addition, they can sunbathe, prepare a delicious barbecue or have a drink while admiring the starry sky. You can enjoy delicious meals sheltered under the fully furnished porch. There is also an outside bathroom with a shower. The house is located on a quiet street 200 meters from the square.

The modern interior is fully equipped. On the ground floor you find the beautiful living room with Smart TV, AC and wood stove that is open to the kitchen-dining room equipped with a ceramic hob. The laundry room offers a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom that has a TV, AC and double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate study. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, one of them has a TV. Both also have an en-suite bathroom with shower, AC and direct access to the terrace. If you are traveling with your baby we can provide you with a crib and a high chair.

The house is located in a very quiet town, which has public transport connections, a couple of bars and a pharmacy. For the rest of the basic services such as restaurants and supermarkets you will have to travel to MontuÃ¯ri (6km) or Algaida (4 km). The closest beach is Arenal or Trenc but with a car you can travel to any of the wonderful beaches on the island. If you feel like playing golf, the closest course is 16.8 km away, the Golf Son Gual.

The air conditioning is programmed to operate from 8:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. and from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
There is a garage with space for one car that connects to the patio of the house. Very suitable for bicycles.

The house has 3 fireplaces but you can only use the fireplace located in the shed at the back of the patio. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. Pets up to 10.00 kg are welcome. The celebration of events is not allowed. There are 1 parking spaces in the garage.
