The house, with 90 m2, is decorated with a lot of charm. Upon entering, you can rest in a rustic living room and enjoy television with Smart TV, perhaps also next to the wood stove on the coldest days. The dining room follows with a unique style. The kitchen has a gas stove and the basic elements to cook during your stay. They also find a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. If you are traveling with a baby, a crib and a high chair are at your disposal. Of course, there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. And, finally, you will like to know that the owner is committed to the environment and, therefore, the house is powered by solar panels.

This property is located just 3.3 km from Montuïri, a town in the interior of the island where you will find the necessary basic services. It is a land of mills and crops and has medieval vestiges and a marked traditional culture, which is why it invites you to enjoy traditional Mallorcan cuisine in one of its restaurants. On the Ma-15 you will have easy access to the entire island. The closest beach is Sa Rí pita, 28.8 km away, although, being in a central location, you will be able to enjoy many of the island's wonderful beaches. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 21 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation.
