The exteriors of the house are very beautiful and will ensure that you never get bored. After having breakfast under the porch, you can spend the morning cooling off in the private pool, sunbathing on the 8 sun loungers, playing table football and billiards and, for the little ones, in the wooden hut or running around on the grass. Then, you can prepare a delicious barbecue in an absolutely magical place and start all over again, back to the pool! This is made of chlorine and measures 10 x 6 m and 1 to 2 m deep. The majestic construction offers 2 levels. Upon entering you find a spacious living room, with A/C, where you can watch TV-SAT, a DVD movie or listen to music. Next, on the left, you access the dining room that is open to the kitchen, equipped with a gas stove. From here, a hallway leads to the laundry room - with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board -, a bathroom with a bathtub and a bedroom with two single beds. Upstairs, they have two more bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a hot tub and shower, as well as 4 more bedrooms, two with a double bed and two with two single beds. One of them has a terrace with beautiful views and all of them offer a wardrobe and A/C. There are 2 cots and 2 high chairs. The house offers oil central heating. The farm belongs to Búger, a small town located 4.5 km away, but it is closer to Sa Pobla, just 1 km away. In both they find all the necessary services such as supermarket, bars, restaurants, etc. The beach of Puerto de Alcúdia is very close, 14 km away or about 10-15 minutes driving, as is the Pollença golf course, 16 km away. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 6 cars.
