Waking up every morning practically on the sea is a magical dream. The privileged location and the impressive views of the mountains and the turquoise, crystalline waters make this house the very same paradise. It will surely be easy for you to imagine lying in the sun on the 6 sun loungers or under the wooden pergola. Any moment will be memorable but especially the evening, when the sea breeze and the sunset accompany you. Then, under the porch you can all have dinner together. The construction, with two floors and a modern style, is extraordinary. Upon entering they find a spacious room that unifies the kitchen, induction and with a large island, with the dining area and a huge living room. The comfortable sofa invites you to take a nap or entertain yourself with a movie on TV-SAT or DVD or listen to some music on the CD player. On this same floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe, and a bathroom with a shower. When you go up the stairs, you reach two other rooms with direct access to a wonderful terrace. One of them with two single beds and the other with a double bed and wardrobe. Both offer an en-suite bathroom with shower. The laundry room has an ironing board, an iron and a washing machine. Regarding air conditioning, the house is equipped with ducted air conditioning. Just 5 steps lead you directly to the beach. It is an extensive beach several kilometers long that runs almost the entire Bay of Alcúdia; from Puerto de Alcúdia to Can Picafort, although this specific area, Playa de Muro, is quiet. Nearby is Capellans Beach, known for its delicious paellas in the restaurants on the shore. If you also love mountains, trails and, ultimately, greenery, we recommend an excursion through the Formentor or Pollença area. The old town of Alcúdia is a must-see for its cobblestone streets and its mythical walls, and its traditional market is also held on Tuesdays and Sundays. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 25 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There are 2 parking spaces in the garage.
