Surrounded by a terrace and different trees is the private salt pool, with a size of 8.5m and 5m and a depth that varies between 1m and 1.9m. On six sun loungers you can rest and sunbathe. The extensive garden has different corners for children to play freely, while adults enjoy a glass of wine on the Balinese bed. The porch is ideal for celebrating evenings with friends and family, perhaps with an outdoor barbecue? You won't be bored thanks to the basketball basket and the ping-pong table. Please bring your own basketball. The property has no direct neighbors.

The spacious living-dining room with a stately feel is a nice place for family gatherings, perhaps accompanied by a movie on satellite television or a DVD. The kitchen is open and a nice arch gives access to it. All chefs can prepare their signature dishes here, as it is fully equipped, including gas stoves. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are in the laundry room. A nice bedroom with double bed and wardrobe as well as a bathroom with shower and hairdryer are located on the ground floor.

Going up the stairs you will find the other bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and one with two single beds. One offers an en-suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Additionally, there is another bathroom with a bathtub. A cot and high chair are available on request. In total, there are four fans and eight electric radiators.

The farm is surrounded by forest and the area is ideal for hiking, as it is close to the Sierra de Tramuntana and Puig de Santa Magdalena with a restaurant and a chapel at the top. In the mountains you can take beautiful routes, for example to the Church of Santa Lucia in Mancor de la Vall or to Orient. In the city of Inca there is a wide variety of restaurants, shops and all the services for an independent stay. The Bay of Alcúdia with dream beaches such as Can Picafort, Playa de Muro and Puerto de Alcúdia is about half an hour away by car. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 6 cars.
