The exterior care of this property makes it a place like no other, a small piece of paradise in Mallorca itself. A large expanse of lawn, surrounding the pool, as well as its several perfectly furnished corners, are fascinating. The pool has a depth of between 1.20 and 1.60 m, measures 9 m x 4.5 m and a space around it to place up to 6 hammocks and an umbrella. A play area with swings and slides will surely entertain the little ones. After a long morning of fun and swimming, you can rinse off in the outdoor shower, have a toast in the covered hut, and then relax on the outdoor sofas. From the garden, you have access to both the kitchen, with an induction hob, and the living room, with comfortable sofas, TV-SAT and air conditioning. Both rooms have a table with chairs to eat. In the laundry room you will find the ironing board, the iron and the washing machine. For your rest, they have three bedrooms with air conditioning. Two of them have a double bed, although one has a wardrobe and the second has a dressing room and en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. And the third bedroom has two single beds. If you need it, we can provide you with a crib and a high chair for a baby. Finally, a second bathroom with a bathtub serves the entire home. Muro is a small town, where you can find basic services such as a supermarket, some bars and restaurants, which offers easy access to the fine sand beach of Can Picafort, about 10 minutes by car. In Can Picafort, during the summer, the tourist, gastronomic and nightlife offer is endless, and during the spring it is calmer and allows you to take bike rides or walk. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 25 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 6 cars.
