Start the day in the best way with a long breakfast on one of the terraces, enjoying the first rays of sun. Afterwards, you can lie on one of the ten sun loungers and sunbathe under the Mallorcan sun. A stationary barbecue is wonderful if you like to cook outdoors. The terrace surprises with spectacular views of the mountains and the town of Artà as well as the town of Capdepera. If you want to protect yourself from the sun, you can eat under the porch overlooking the chlorine pool. It is totally private, has a size of 9m x 4m and a depth between 1m and 2.5m. Before and after swimming we recommend using the outdoor shower. The land that belongs to the house is enormous, it has more than 20,000m2 and the plot is fenced. There are no next door neighbors so you will enjoy total privacy.

The interior of the two-story house has a cozy style, mixing a modern style with a traditional Mallorcan style. The living room with two sofas offers you a television with satellite and a CD player. The dining room and the well-equipped kitchen with ceramic hob share the same space. The kitchen has - among everything essential for cooking - a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A bathroom with shower serves the ground floor.

All five bedrooms are on the first floor. Only one of them has a double bed (and en-suite bathroom with bathtub) while the rest come with two single beds. Four of the five bedrooms have a closet and two have access to a balcony. Additionally, one of the rooms with two single beds has an en-suite bathroom with shower. A cot and high chair are available on request. A bathroom with a bathtub serves the first floor. Three fans and central heating complete the equipment.

Artá is a town located very close to the coastal area of ​​Levante, more or less 10 minutes by car from the Costa dels Pins beach. In the center there are cafes, supermarkets and everything else for a pleasant stay. On market day you can buy fresh vegetables and fruit, crafts and clothes. In Artí there is one of the most interesting archaeological sites, the Talayot ​​de Ses Paísses, where there are remains of a people that lived more than 3000 years ago. There is also a museum with the same name. In Cala Agulla, Cala Mesquida and Cala Torta you will enjoy sun, beach and the Mediterranean. In Cala Ratjada, about 15 minutes by car, you can go dancing at night and have a few drinks. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 4 cars.
