Enjoy the good weather in Majorca outside this magnificent chalet. You can swim and cool off on hot days in the beautiful chlorine pool that measures 9 x 2.8 meters and has a depth ranging from 0.5 to 1.8 meters. It is surrounded by a green area where you can sunbathe on one of the sun loungers or spread out the mat and practice yoga to stay in shape during your vacation. Next to the entrance of the house you will find the porch where you can eat and dine al fresco, and enjoy delicious barbecues. The property is fenced and there are neighbors around.

The 360 ​​m2 house consists of 2 floors with neutral colors and natural materials that will make us feel at home. The fantastic living room has two large sofas where you can sit and rest and watch satellite TV and cool off with the AC. The dining room is also independent and has capacity for 6 people. Finally the kitchen, also independent and fully equipped for cooking comfortably: ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, and a table with 6 chairs to cook together. In the house you will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. In this accommodation you can choose between three bedrooms to rest. The first has a double bed, air conditioning, closet and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. And it is located on the ground floor, where you will also find another bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor we find the other two bedrooms. One has two single beds, as well as a wardrobe and AC. The last bedroom has a double bed, AC and dressing room. A bathroom with shower and bathtub completes this floor. If you are traveling with a baby we can provide you with a crib and a high chair.

The house is located in Cala Egos, in the southeastern part of Mallorca. This small town has a wide range of services such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants, and is also close to Cala D'Or and Porto Petro. The beach is only 950 meters away and although small, it is made of sand and emerald waters, a paradise on earth. If you dare, you can visit the wonderful beaches of the Mondragó Natural Park, Cala Esmeralda or Cala Ferrera. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 25 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.
