The exteriors of this beautiful villa are dreamlike. The main protagonist is the private chlorine pool, which measures 7.50 x 3.5 meters and has a depth ranging from 1 to 2.4 meters, and which promises refreshing moments after pleasant sunbathing in the sun lounger area. The bench under the cane is perfect for enjoying al fresco lunches and dinners. And the porch next to the house becomes the best place for a light nap after a lively morning enjoying the waves of the nearby sea. The property is fenced and has close neighbors.
This spectacular and stylish home has all its rooms distributed throughout a single floor. The living room has a fireplace, Smart TV and air conditioning. The kitchen-dining room is perfectly equipped to cook delicious dishes during your stay. The house also offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Our 8 guests can rest in 4 incredible bedrooms. Three of them have a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and one also has a built-in sauna. The last bedroom has two single beds, and there is a bathroom with shower for the rest of the house. All rooms have air conditioning with heat pump. Finally, we can provide you with a crib and a high chair if you travel with your baby.
The property is located in a quiet residential area next to the sea, close to a platform from which you can take a dip and cool off in Mediterranean waters. The closest beach is Cala Binisafúller, a beautiful little cove with white sand and crystal clear, calm waters. The beautiful fishing village of Binibeca, which is located just 4 km from the property, is a must-see. You will also have to visit Sant Lluís, where you will also find all the necessary services for your stay such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 2 cars.
