From the upper terrace of this impressive 4-story house, anchored to the bustling old town, you can enjoy a good breakfast, reading a book on the two semi-deck chairs, or a glass of wine at sunset, while contemplating the Sierra and the charming town. On the other hand, at the level of the common areas, they have a second interior terrace, perfect for having a snack or an aperitif, for example, in a more welcoming and secluded atmosphere. This terrace is located on the 1st floor of this large house, which is precisely where its entire distribution begins, since the ground floor remains closed. Thus, this corner is open to a large kitchen through large sliding windows to make the place more functional. In it you can cook delicious dishes over a gas stove, although it also has an oven, microwave, coffee maker and much more. Next we have a spacious and peaceful living-dining room, with satellite TV and a radiator, for your moments of relaxation or family chats, as well as a bathroom with a shower. Going up the stairs, on the 2nd floor, are the bedrooms, all of them with a wardrobe. In addition, two of them also have a radiator. A bathroom with a bathtub serves this floor. One of the rooms offers two single beds together, another a double bed and the third a single bed, so there are plenty of beds so you can decide how to sleep more comfortably. There is a cot and a high chair and two fans at your disposal, and a laundry area with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Being a town house, they have the ease of a very familiar town and at the same time all the services at their disposal, such as bars, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket, etc. In addition, entertainment lovers have several golf courses nearby, the closest being Capdepera about 5.4 km, and also the beach, the closest being Cala Moll in Cala Ratjada.
