The small, cosy holiday flat is accessible via stairs and has a double bed in the living area and a cosy kitchen. Ground floor / long stairs to the house / Wlan yes / 1 room with double bed in the living area / 1 additional bed for a maximum of two children under 12 years / 1 bathroom with WC and shower. The shopping facilities Coop and Migros as well as the sports shop are only 5-10 minutes walking distance. The heated outdoor swimming pool, the mountain railways and the toboggan run are also within the same distance. - the visitor's tax is charged separately and is paid on site by the landlord  (Persons from 16 years CHF 4.50 per night / < 16 years tax exempt) - Bed linen charge includes towels & kitchen linen - Cot and high chair can be obtained from our office for a deposit Cancellations up to 60 days prior to arrival are free of charge. For any cancellations, a handling fee of CHF 100.00 will be retained. If a cancellation is made less than 60 days before arrival, the tenant has the right to propose a replacement tenant. The substitute tenant must be reasonable and solvent for the landlord. The substitute tenant shall enter into the contract under the existing conditions Tenant and substitute tenant shall be jointly and severally liable for the rent. The date of receipt of the notification by the landlord or the booking office is decisive for the entitlement to the cancellation fee (for Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, the next working day applies). In the event of premature termination of the rental, the entire rental fee shall remain owed.
